Wang Films was established by Matthew Joyce to focus on developing business strategies and
relationships within the Japanese market to allow Wang Films to gain access to the Japanese
movie production and distribution industry.

The business strategy adopted by Wang Films has focussed on:

* Establishing arrangements with existing Japanese film production and distribution
companies to provide access to key film projects, assist in funding of these projects
and in turn share in revenues and profits from the global distribution of these films;

* Securing the Oceania distribution rights for key film projects from existing
Japanese film production and distribution companies; and

* Securing film production and distribution rights in its own right to a portfolio of
Japanese and Korean films that are expected to have strong potential for global
distribution.
